Guest Progress Report

At the end of each hosting day, please take sometime to give us some feedback on your guests either via the form below or if you prefer via the downloadable form (Guest Progress Form) and email it to

  • Please refer to Safer Food Better Business Opening & Closing checks sheet in Host Portal.
  • If a temperature probe used, have you certified that the core temp of food reached 75°C for at least 30 secs.
  • Guests

    Describe as much as you can about each guest and how they enjoyed the day and each other's company. Use only first names, unless there are more than two guests sharing the same name then include their last name.
